Inside Ant and Dec's Australia downtime before I'm A Celeb - golfing to family meals out

There's no one happier that I'm A Celebrity is back in Australia than Ant and Dec - but the time difference will also mean a gruelling schedule of incredibly early starts and very very long days.

So prior to the ITV show kicking off in just over a week's time, the duo will be making the most of their downtime chilling with their family and one another in Australia.

Like the celebs who leave the jungle, the duo will be staying with their families at the luxurious £1,800 per night Palazzo Versace hotel.

Hailed as one of the world's top luxury hotels, which is just a stone's throw away from the £7million I'm A Celebrity camp, it boasts a magnificent waterfront setting, three restaurants, a glamorous spa and a huge swimming pool.

Joining Dec in Australia this year is his wife Ali Astall and their children - four-year-old Isla and new baby son Jack.

The TV presenter, 47, was all smiles as he arrived at London's Heathrow Airport on Wednesday with little Jack strapped to his chest.

Meanwhile Ant, 46, is supported by wife Anne-Marie Corbett and the pair were spotted together in Australia on Wednesday.

The couple were seen enjoying some lunch after heading to a surf shop together as they walked hand in hand alongside Coolangatta beach, in the southern part of Queensland.

Ant and Dec, who are both avid golf fans, have been known to enjoy playing the sport to help them chill out ahead the first live shows.

The pair also often golf in between filming, which they will be keen to do this year as they weren't able to during the 2020 series in Wales due to Covid restrictions.

A number of celebs have already arrived in Australia ready to take part in I'm A Celeb, including Chris Moyles, Sue Cleaver and Olivia Attwood.

Hollyoaks actor Owen Warner was the fourth confirmed star taking part as he said he was looking to find love on the show.

Asked if he was leaving any loved ones back home he said he would miss his family and friends, but was single at the moment.

He said: "My mum is the one who is going to be the one missing me. I am single and ready for the jungle. I am always looking for romance but I am not going in especially for that.

"I will miss football and family most."
