It seems like Alex Scott and Jess Glynne couldn’t be more in love.
The footballer, 41, and the singer, 36, started dating in 2023, and while the couple kept their relationship private at the start, it now seems both Alex and Jess are happy sharing details about their relationship in public.
Broadcaster Alex is currently starring on I’m A Celebrity - and she told comedian Ruby Wax she’s eagerly waiting for the day Jess pops the question.
Alex said: “I will get married to her, just waiting for her to ask, Rubes!”
The footballer also revealed she met the singer at celebrity favourite Chiltern Firehouse (which shut after suffering from a major fire earlier this year).
“She approached me in Chiltern Firehouse,” Alex said.
“I was in there with my friends and she just walked up to me… [It was] really ballsy and I was like, I like your ballsiness, and then the spark was just instant and then yeah… We fell madly in love.”
It sounds like Jess was delighted to hear what Alex said, as she responded on her Instagram stories, saying she better go out and buy a ring.
Also on the show, Alex said her first sexual encounter with a woman was when she “fighting” her sexuality at 17.
“My first with a woman was when I was 17, I was fighting it,” she also told Ruby.
“I'd go back to men between because for me, it's always about the connection.
“I am attracted to men still, but literally that connection would just wear off for me. And then I'm like ‘well. I'm not enjoying the sex anymore’.”
Before entering the jungle, Alex revealed it was Jess encouraging her to appear on the series.
“It is a test for both of us,” she said.
“I know she is at home, and she is going to be my biggest cheerleader, supporting me, and she really wanted me to do this because she knew that I wanted to test myself, and it is going to be a challenge for us both being separated.
“But I suppose that is what makes the heart grow fonder, right?”
