It is considered one of Marks Point's most prestigious properties and is expected to take the lakeside suburb into new territory.
Joshua O'Doherty, of LJ Hooker Belmont, has listed what he describes as an "architectural masterpiece" at 91 Marks Points Road.
A guide has not yet been set but expectations are that its sale will surpass the $3.2 million suburb record set when Mr O'Doherty sold a strata titled home at 1/100 Marks Point Road in January.
