An inquest has opened into the death of a month-old baby.
Bethany Mae Bradley died on February 14 this year, Manchester Coroners' Court heard.
She was taken to North Manchester General after being found unresponsive on February 11.
The court heard Bethany was transferred to Royal Manchester Children's Hospital, where her health deteriorated.
She passed away on February 14.
Senior coroner Nigel Meadows adjourned the inquest until a later date.
A full inquest will hear evidence from Bethany's mother, as well as the clinicians involved in her care.
