The Chargers may be without safety Adrian Phillips for the rest of Sunday’s game against the Lions.
Phillips had to be attended by trainers on the field, was seen headed to the locker room and the team announced that he is considered questionable to return with a forearm injury.
Before leaving the game, Phillips had eight tackles. Jaylen Watkins came in to play free safety, and Rayshawn Jenkins moved to strong safety.
On that same drive, defensive ends Melvin Ingram and Joey Bosa appeared to be banged up.
