Injury Report: Warriors’ Andre Iguodala (hip) listed as probable for Tuesday’s game vs. Thunder

Despite notching another win to move to a 3-0 start on the new season, the Golden State Warriors were missing a key piece off the bench in Sunday’s victory over the Sacramento Kings.

Andre Iguodala was ruled out on Sunday in Sacramento due to left hip soreness. Iguodala joined Klay Thompson (ACL / Achilles), James Wiseman (meniscus) and Jonathan Kuminga (patellar) on the injury report.

However, Iguodala could be making a quick return to Steve Kerr’s lineup. The 37-year-old forward is probable for Golden State’s contest against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday.

Prior to missing the Warriors’ 119-107 win over the Kings, Iguodala was one of the first options off the bench for Kerr in the opening two games of the season. To start the season, Iguodala is averaging eight points on 66.7% shooting from the floor with 3.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists per contest.

With Iguodala out against the Kings, Otto Porter Jr. played a season-high in minutes with 24, scoring five points on 2-of-6 shooting from the floor with nine rebounds, three assists, three steals and a block.

The Warriors will meet the Thunder on Tuesday in Oklahoma City at 5 p.m. PT.
