The Jacksonville Jaguars will have to push through the remainder of Week 8’s game with a key injury at the receiver position as Dede Westbrook was ruled out (neck/shoulder) in the second half.
Westbrook was down on the final injury report as questionable with a neck and shoulder injury but suited up after being limited in practice Friday. He seemingly re-aggravated the injury during the game at some point and the Jags likely felt they shouldn’t push him to risk further injury.
Thankfully, the Jags have found success aside from Westbrook Sunday when passing the ball. Chris Conley has been on fire with four receptions for 103 yards and a touchdown and DJ Chark is behind him with five receptions for 71 yards. Keelan Cole also has a touchdown catch on the day, which was the Jags’ first score of the day.
