Injury concern for Everton as key man is a 'major doubt' to face Crystal Palace

Everton star Richarlison is a "major doubt" to face Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday, Marco Silva has confirmed.

The Toffees travel to south London to face the Eagles in the Premier League this weekend, with Everton looking to build on a 4-0 win against Manchester United last weekend as they continue their push to finish in seventh place in the top flight.

But Silva has confirmed that the Brazilian forward is an injury doubt for the game against Roy Hodgson's side.

"Richarlison we have big doubts if he is able to play," Silva said at his pre-match press cofnerence.

"Yesterday he tried to work with us. He felt different. Let's see how he will react tomorrow. He will be a major doubt for us."

Meanwhile, Silva added that Theo Walcott was also a doubt for the game, having been ill during the week.

He said that Everton would monitor the former Arsenal man's condition tomorrow.

Silva did confirm though that left-back Lucas Digne should be ok to face Palace, while Colombian defender Yerry Mina is also back in training with the squad ahead of the game at Selhurst Park.
