Joe Wicks will return for his free lockdown PE class on Monday following surgery on his hand.
The Boby Coach, 33, was admitted to hospital last week after falling off his bike.
"The wires have been taken out.... it was infected," Joe said in a video on Instagram Stories.
"I'm staying in tonight to have... antibiotics and a bit more paracetamol then I'll be home tomorrow morning, back to my family.
"So see you Monday morning, PE With Joe."
Joe's live streamed exercise class will go ahead on Monday May 4, with assistance from his wife, Rosie.
He said: "I've just asked my lovely wife Rosie to help me on Monday morning and she's kindly agreed," he said.
"It's well out of her comfort zone but she's my best friend and she knows how much this means to me.
"I don't want to let anyone down but I don't think I'm going to be able to demo many exercises so I'll be having Rosie on camera with me."
The Lean in 15 author added: "I'll still lead the session and coach you through it.
"I'll just have Rosie demonstrating the moves."
Joe, who is donating the money raised from his online PE lessons to the NHS, posted a video of himself gowned up as he awaited his operation.
He said the pain from the "infection" in his hand was "throbbing and pulsating like liquid hot magma".
Joe said he was "super grateful for the health system we've got" and "the NHS people who are out here still grafting".
Health and fitness expert Joe launched the classes to help encourage people to exercise from home during the coronavirus lockdown.
Joe Wicks' exercise class will return at 9am on Monday on The Body Coach YouTube channel.
