Infant boy rushed to Temple Street Hospital, Dublin reported to Gardai by medical staff over concerns for his welfare

An infant boy who was rushed to Temple Street Hospital was reported by medical staff to Gardai over concerns for his welfare.

On Wednesday morning, August 14, Medical Staff at Children's Health Ireland, Temple Street reported concerns to gardai for the welfare of the boy who had attended the hospital for treatment.

The infant boy is continuing to receive medical treatment at the hospital this morning.

A spokesman for the Gardai told Dublin Live that they "are currently investigating all the circumstances of this incident."

The spokesman added that there would be no further information at this time.
