Indore: Man nabbed with MD drug worth Rs 9 lakh

INDORE: Crime branch of Indore police on Thursday arrested a smuggler and seized 90 gram MD drug worth Rs 9 lakh from possession of the accused.

Under special operation Prahar, DCP crime Arvind Tiwari had specifically asked the officials to keep a tab on illegal activities related to mephedrone in the city and its illicit trade. Acting on information, a team was rushed to sarwate bus stand and the accused Nadim alias Naddu Sheikh, son of Shamim Sheikh, 18, were arrested and booked under relevant sections of the IPC.
