Indiyah Polack is back on 'Love Island: Aftersun'—here's what you need to know about her post-villa life

Love Island: Aftersun is back and so is Indiyah Polack! The former islander has returned to our screens as a panelist but what has she been up to since she left the villa?

With Love Island UK officially back on our screens (here's how to watch Love Island UK if you need to catch up), season eight alum Indiyah is set to reunite with co-panelist, Sam Thompson and Love Island's host, Maya Jama for her second stint on Aftersun. It's the show where they dish on everything, from mad moves to real-time chats with the cast—and unlike Sam and Maya, Indiyah has actually been on the receiving end of the panel...

So, for anyone new to the show, or in need of a refresher—just who is Indiyah and what's her history with the reality show? Here's the DL...

Who is Indiyah Polack?

Fans will remember Indiyah from the Love Island 2022 cast, in which she starred alongside the likes of Davide Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu (who won the series), Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page, Gemma Owen, and of course, Dami Hope.

Indiyah was actually part of the original lineup and finished in third place with Dami. Her journey wasn't always plain sailing in the villa though, as the 2022's series had arguably one of the most dramatic Casa Amor recoupling ever—where both Dami and Indiyah chose to recouple before ultimately rekindling things.

Now a year on, Indiyah has enjoyed some major success, from being named brand ambassador for both Boots and Pretty Little Thing to landing the job as a Love Island: Aftersun panelist—and host on The Morning After podcast—alongside Sam in January 2023.

What was Indiyah's job before 'Love Island'?

If you're curious about her life before fame though, Indiyah worked as a hotel waitress before jetting off to the villa to find love—which from the looks of it, she did...

Are Indiyah and Dami still together?

Yes, Indiyah and Dami are still together a year on from Love Island. In fact, they're now one of the few Love Island UK couples who are still together from season eight.

And in case you wanted a little refresher on their villa journey, both Dami and Indiyah were part of the OG lineup, though Dami was coupled up with Amber and Indiyah with Ikenna. The pair quickly struck up a connection with each other though, and swiftly recoupled together.

Things seemed to be going very well until Casa Amor struck, with both of the islanders choosing to recouple, resulting in a very icy reunion—one that will go down in history as one of the most memorable Love Island moments. Thankfully the pair reconciled and went on to snag third place in the villa.

Since leaving the villa, they have now moved in together and enjoyed some seriously lavish-looking trips together. What's more, like her co-panelist Sam and his girlfriend Zara McDermott, Indiyah and Dami also love to make a cheeky TikTok vid together...
