Indie Disco twins with a plan to make sure kids know their Scouse landmarks

Liverpool is a city thriving with culture and creative talent.

From festivals and exhibitions attracting visitors in their thousands, to musicians, artists, and entrepreneurs transforming warehouses in the Baltic Triangle, the city's cultural offering is ever expanding.

And to ensure the next generation know all about this, twins Nic and Sean Ryan have embarked on an exciting new project.

The twins, 33, from Maghull, are better known for their club night ‘Sh** Indie Disco’ at Seel Street’s Art’s Club.

However, they swapped their DJ decks for pen and paper back in November last year, publishing their first children's book - unlike any other out there.

The new book written by Nic and Sean and illustrated by Liverpool artist Jazz Stan, has a unique twist which is proving popular with young readers.
