Indian Idol 12 grand finale was held on August 15. It was a 12-hour long episode, the longest ever on television, and created a record TRP of 3.7. This gave a reason to the team of the show to come together and celebrate its biggest milestone.
A bash was hosted last night where host Aditya Narayan was seen with judges Sonu Kakkar, Vishal Dadlani, and others. They looked happy to be with each other and also cut a gigantic cake. Sonu Kakkar shared the photos and wrote, "The Greatest Finale received A Massive TRP of 3.7."
Sharing the photos in his Instagram story and praising the channel, Vishal wrote, "You guys pulled off a genuine miracle in the toughest of times! Proud to have been a part of the greatest season ever."
After months of competing with several contestants, it was Pawandeep Rajan, Arunita Kanjilal, Nihal Tauro, Mohd Danish, Shanmukhapriya, and Sayli Kamble who made it to the top 6 on the show.
The grand finale saw a host of celebs gracing the stage including Kiara Alia Advani, Sidharth Malhotra, Udit Narayan, Anu Kapoor, Alka Yagnik among others. They kept the show going.
In the end, Pawandeep Rajan took the trophy home. He also won a car and a cash prize of Rs 25 lakhs.
