Deepti currently holds the third position in T20 all-rounder rankings and stands fourth in ODI bowling rankings.
Sri Lankan cricket stalwart Chamari Athapaththu has ascended two positions following her notable performance in the recent ODI series against New Zealand.
Athapaththu, who accumulated 25 runs and claimed three wickets in the series (which New Zealand won 2-0), has surpassed Sophie Devine of the Black Ferns to share the seventh position with Australian Annabel Sutherland.
In the ODI batting rankings, Smriti Mandhana remains the sole Indian representative in the top 10, maintaining her second position behind South Africa's Laura Wolvaardt.
Nat Sciver-Brunt has claimed the third position, displacing Athapaththu from that spot.
