The magazine dedicated to free expression, Index on Censorship, is offering journalists in the developing world a chance to read it for free. Annual subscriptions to the London-based quarterly usually cost about $65, but Index has told the International Journalists Network that it plans to make the online version freely available to organisations and individuals.
