A cat has given birth to a kitten with two faces.
The sweet little baby animal has a rare congenital disorder known as diprosopus, which sees parts of the face duplicated on the head.
Kyla King from Oregon is the owner of the kitten and she's named the fluffy creature Biscuits and Gravy - calling it Biscuits for short.
The kitten has two mouths and noses, but it's not clear yet if the animal has four eyes, or if two of them are conjoined, according to USA Today.
Cats with the disorder, also known as craniofacial duplication, don't usually survive beyond a week due to the defects.
While King isn't holding out too much hope, as the odds are stacked against the little kitten, she says Biscuits has been meowing, has an appetite and seems quite lively.
However the cat's head is currently too large to be supported by her body, so there hasn't been too much moving around.
But the owner says if the kitten does survive she'd like to keep it and raise it.
And she's not the only one - a number of people have been showing their interest in Biscuits and asking to buy/adopt the kitten off her.
Cats with this disorder are sometimes referred to as Janus cats.
The oldest known Janus cat in the world, Frank and Louie died at the age of 15.
He was able to live for so long as he only had only one esophagus, meaning breathing problems were less likely.
Another two-faced cat also hit the headlines back in November, for defying the odds to survive, and the little one is still going today.
Named Duo, the Californian kitten had made it to four months old after being adopted by a vet.
