Nottingham Forest winger Joe Lolley has been blown away by the work of Marcelo Bielsa at Leeds United.
The Argentinian, revered by top coaches such as Pep Guardiola and Mauricio Pochettino, has transformed the Whites.
Bielsa joined the club in summer 2018 and, while they fell to Derby County in the Championship's play-offs, the former manager of the Chile national team has overseen a remarkable change at Elland Road.
He has implemented a new style that has seen Leeds top the Championship this season, looking good bets for promotion back to the Premier League after a 16-year absence from the top flight.
And it's all been done on a relatively limited budget, with Bielsa improving the players he has at his disposal instead of spending big bucks.
Leeds lost 1-0 to Arsenal in the third-round of the FA Cup at the Emirates Stadium last night, but played Mikel Arteta's side off the park for the first 45 minutes.
The Whites are nine points clear of Forest in fourth, but the promotion chase hasn't stopped Reds winger Lolley from showering praise on Bielsa.
And Lolley , a prolific tweeter, took to social media to offer his thoughts on the Leeds boss.
"From a football nerd point of view, Bielsa is just an incredible coach," he tweeted.
