Incredible move after Late Late Toy Show as Adam's NASA dream moves closer

Little Adam and his virtual hugs stole the hearts of the nation on Friday night and now his dream could be coming true.

The inspiring kid said he can't be an astronaut due to his brittle bones despite his dreams.

The six-year-old is wheelchair bound but that doesn't get in the way of him enjoying life as best he can.

And his infectious attitude made him a fan favourite as Ryan Tubridy and thousands at home melted at his every word.

And now, after his big TV moment, the wheels are in motion to get Adam in touch with NASA.

The Irish Embassy in the US said they will contact the space experts on Adam's behalf.

They tweeted: "Per aspera ad Astra, Adam. Keep looking to the stars young man. In the meantime, we'll reach out to our friends @NASA and see if they can't help bring your dreams a little closer."

The kind of lovely news that will bring a smile to your face and get your mind of Covid-19 and all the rest.
