'Increasing' worry over missing woman, 26

UPDATE: Chloe has now been found.

Police have issued an urgent appeal for help to find a missing woman from Stockport.

Chloe Byrne is missing from the Bridge Hall area of the borough.

The 26-year-old was last in touch with her family a couple of hours ago but concerns have since been raised for her welfare, police said.

It is believed that she may still be in the Stockport area.

Officers described Chloe as white, 5ft 10in tall and of a larger build.

She has dyed purple hair which is turning blue and red at the ends - she was last seen with it up in a bun.

She was wearing black leggings, a pink hoody under a grey/green coat with a fluffy trim on the hood and white trainers.

In a post on the GMP Stockport Facebook page, an officer said Chloe's family and friends are becoming 'increasingly concerned for her welfare'.

"Please keep your eyes peeled and report any sightings or information that you may have to us urgently quoting log: 2758 - 05/02/2021", the post added.

"Thanks in advance for your support."
