Increasing concern for missing man last seen in Scottish Borders

Police are searching for a missing man last seen in the Scottish Borders as concern grows for his welfare.

Dylan Bousfield, from Gateshead, England, left an address in the Rowlands Gill area around 9am this morning.

The 26-year-old travelled up to the Scottish Borders and was last seen at a Bothy near to Riccarton Junction, south of Hawick, around 2.30pm.

Officers are growing increasingly worried about him as his friends and family have not heard from him since.

He is believed to be travelling in a black Jaguar, with the last three digits of his registration plate DYA.

Dylan is also known to often enjoy spending time in the Northumberland area.

He is described as a white male, 5'6 and has tattoos on his hands, arms and legs.

Police are urging anyone who may have seen Dylan or his car to get in touch via the Northumbria Police website or by calling 101, quoting log NP-20211209-0236.
