Increased rainfall to continue over Goa till July 20

PANAJI: Owing to the increased activity and possible impacts of rainfall over Goa, the India meteorological department (IMD) has issued a red alert for Goa on July 15 and orange alert on July 16 and 17.

With the likelihood of very heavy rainfall in the coming days, the IMD has warned that the activity of increased rainfall over the state is likely to continue till July 20. The increased rainfall activity started from July 11 onwards.
