
Incoming Tottenham signing Pierluigi Gollini is "so happy" as he prepares to fly to London to complete a loan move from Atalanta.
The goalkeeper is set to become Nuno Espirito Santo's first signing as Spurs manager, joining on a loan deal with an option to make the move permanent for £12.9million (€15m) next summer.
Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano on Wednesday evening tweeted footage of Gollini in Milan after the first part of his medical was completed.
Gollini approached the camera and asked for his thoughts on the imminent move to Spurs, replying: "I'm so happy."
The 26-year-old is expected in London on Thursday to finalise a move which will reportedly become have to become permanent after 20 appearances, with Spurs also holding an option for a second season on loan until 2023.

Gollini, who has one cap for Italy, has experience of English football having played for Aston Villa in the Championship in 2016.
