The Incident Command Unit are at the scene of a flooded road near a Tameside park this morning.
Stannybrook Road, near Daisy Nook Country Park, has been left under deep floodwater after heavy downpours hit the region yesterday and through the night.
It has been closed off between Daisy Nook and Cutler Hill Road since last night.
This morning (Friday), the North West Regional Logistical Response charity is at the scene.

Pictures show the unit's van driving through the huge puddle of flood water.
The road is blocked off to stop drivers from getting through.

Several other roads across the region were hit by flooding yesterday, with particularly treacherous conditions on the region's motorways.
Pictures showed Roverdale Road in Blackley was barely passable due to floodwater.
Salford Council said Boothstown library had to close, and will remain closed all weekend, due to flooding.

The deluge also affected Middleton Road in Blackley near Heaton Park, causing long delays for traffic trying to navigate the water.
Pictures showed a section of Market Street in Manchester city centre was also affected.
More heavy downpours are forecast across the region for tomorrow, with heavy showers predicted from lunchtime until around 6pm.
