Police are hunting a knife-wielding thug who threatened and robbed a delivery driver.
The 43-year-old was carrying out deliveries in Luckinsford Avenue then Luckinsford Road in Inchinnan, when he was approached by a man who threatened him with a knife and stole a two-figure sum of cash at around 9:05pm last night.
The victim was uninjured but badly shaken as a result of the robbery.
The man responsible was wearing a black hooded top, black trousers, gloves and a black scarf. He was last seen heading through the footpath that leads into Umachan, Erskine.
Detective Constable Alasdair Whitelaw of Paisley Police Office is appealing for information.
Anyone who witnessed this robbery, or has any information that will assist in identifying the suspect is urged to contact Paisley Police Office through 101 quoting reference number 4948 of June 29.
