A piece in the Daily Telegraph yesterday said Shell was offering financial incentives to companies developing ecologically-friendly products (in other words they're worried about using up their oil).
Unfortunately few small firms believe they'll be able to take advantage, due to other economic pressures. Like keeping a business running and not having an extensive R&D budget...
