Brendan Rodgers was left "incensed" after Reo Hatate was forced off injured against Aberdeen.
The midfielder had to be withdrawn after a challenge from Pape Habib Gueye at Pittodrie.
Hatate was later spotted with an ice pack on his leg as he watched the remainder of the Scottish Premiership tie.

Rodgers, though, was left furious as he questioned the referee over the challenge from his dugout.
Chris Sutton said on Sky Sports: "He's incensed, Brendan Rodgers.
"He's saying it's 50/50, but Gueye goes in with the full force, Hatate's pulling out. Brendan Rodgers isn't letting it go."

The injury casts a doubt over Hatate's fitness to feature for Celtic in the final league match against St Mirren or in the Scottish Cup final, against Aberdeen, the following week.
In his post-match interview, Rodgers said: "It was a poor challenge to be fair by the guy. He had obviously lost his head a wee bit at the end.
"We will have to see how he is. It was a disappointing challenge."
