The Kansas City Chiefs have released their inactive list for their Week 8 Sunday Night Football matchup against the Green Bay Packers.
Here are the inactive players for the Chiefs:

– DL Chris Jones
– DL Frank Clark
– OL Eric Fisher
– OL Andrew Wylie
– CB Kendall Fuller
– OL Greg Senat
Here is the Packers inactive list:
– WR Davante Adams
– TE Robert Tonyan
– WR Ryan Grant
– CB Ka’dar Hollman
– LB Tim Williams
– OL Cole Madison
– OL Adam Parkey
It’s an all-star list of inactive players for the Chiefs this week. The good news is that most of those players shouldn’t be out much longer and will return around the same time. Backup quarterback Matt Moore will make his first start since 2017 for the injured Mahomes.
It should be a game manager type of game plan for Moore in this game, but don’t be surprised if coach Andy Reid dials up at least a couple of deep shots. Last week Moore completed a 57-yard touchdown pass to receiver Tyreek Hill.
Defensively for the Chiefs, look for Tanoh Kpassagnon and Emmanuel Ogbah to have increased roles with Clark being out. Ogbah actually leads Kansas City in sacks this season with 3.5 sacks despite being a backup. Kpassagnon has been very good in a relief role thus far.
For the Packers, their big-name inactive player is Adams, who is one of the best receivers in the NFL. We knew it would be a long shot for him to play as he’s missed the last three weeks with a turf toe injury. Marquez Valdes-Scantling has been very good during Adams’ absence and is one of the better deep threat receivers in the league.
