The Kansas City Chiefs have released their inactive list for their Week 4 matchup against the Detroit Lions.
Here are the inactive players for the Chiefs:

– OL Eric Fisher
– OL Martinas Rankin
– OL Nick Allegretti
– OL Greg Senat
– DL Khalen Saunders
Here is the Lions inactive list:
– CB Darius Slay
– DT Mike Daniels
– RB Paul Perkins
– OL Beau Benzschawel
– OL Oday Aboushi
– WR Danny Amendola
– DL Da’Shawn Hand
No surprises for the Chiefs, as the were expected to be without Hill, Williams and Fisher. Cameron Erving will once again get the nod for Fisher at left tackle. LeSean McCoy will start for Williams for the second straight week, but expect Darrel Williams to be more involved after his breakout performance last week.
As for the Lions, they will be without All-Pro cornerback Darius Slay. He suffered a hamstring injury last week and was a game-time decision. This is obviously a huge blow for Detroit, having to face the No. 1 passing offense in the league.
