'In pieces!' Leeds United fans sum up the emotional rollercoaster they went through in Birmingham win

Leeds United fans have been left in a sort of alternate universe after coming out on the positive end of one of the most remarkable Championship games of the decade.

The Whites final game of the year and the decade produced an absolute cracker as Marcelo Bielsa's men won 5-4 at Birmingham City.

But not only that, the victory at St Andrews now means that Leeds have returned to the top of the Championship table following West Bromwich Albion's loss to Middlesbrough.

Helder Costa gave Leeds the lead in the first half and Jack Harrison added a second before Birmingham pulled a goal back with Jude Bellingham to trail 2-1 at the break.

Lukas Jutkiewicz levelled the contest in the second period for Birmingham but Luke Ayling soon restored Leeds' advantage in the 69th minute.

But this was just the start of the amazing final period of the encounter.

Jeremie Bela equalised to make it 3-3 in the 83rd minute but Stuart Dallas put Leeds back in front a minute later.

Jutkiewicz again equalised for the hosts in the first minute of injury time before a Wes Harding own goal in the 95th minute led to a 5-4 win for the Whites.

It has left Leeds fans delighted but completely shattered after a seesaw ride of emotions. Here is the best of the reaction below.
