In pictures: Keir Starmer welcomes Isaac Herzog to Downing Street

SIR Keir Starmer has shaken hands with Israeli President Isaac Herzog outside No 10.

As the Israeli president’s convoy of vehicles arrived through the gates of Downing Street, a man shouted “stop the genocide”.

Reporters shouted questions at Herzog as he entered No 10 including “are you a war criminal?” and “are you presiding over genocide in Gaza?”

Israeli ambassador Tzipi Hotovely was also in attendance.
