Despite the Christmas cheer, the Arsenal squad was set for a rather different start to the day after it emerged that the team was at London Colney for a full training session on Christmas Day.
Starting at 10am, the practice isn't too surprising considering Christmas Day sessions are fairly common in modern football, as well as the fact that his time with the squad has been limited due to the timings of his arrival.
