'Impeccable' seven bedroom house with sauna on sale for £1m

The detached family home on Warren Drive in Wallasey is in "one of the most sought after areas" of the Wirral. The "impeccable" home has "intriguing" features and is close to New Brighton's coastline.

Most sales in the area during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £257,147. Sold prices in New Brighton over the last year were 10% up on the previous year and 16% up on the 2019 peak of £177,920.

Images of the property show many characteristics, including tiled entrance hall, "beautiful traditional features" in the living room and country-style fitted kitchen. To the right of the hall people will find a "large oak" drawing room, again with traditional features, a fireplace as well as a hidden wine cupboard.

Beyond the kitchen there is a utility area which leads into a generous-sized garden. "Beautiful" stain-glass windows on the first floor via the landing allows light to pour in.
