A woman in her 50s was arrested yesterday after gardai seized an imitation firearm and suspected stolen goods at a house in Fairview.
The raid was carried out yesterday morning as part of an intelligence-led operation.
A number of Luis Vuitton bags, Calvin Klein underwear sets and high-end perfume were discovered with a total estimated value of over €18,000.
The suspected firearm and almost €7,000 in cash were also seized.
Gardai said yesterday: "Gardaí have arrested a woman and seized an amount of suspected stolen goods, an amount of cash and a suspected Imitation firearm, following a search operation in Fairview, Dublin 3, this morning, 1st April 2021.
"As part of an intelligence led operation, Raheny Gardaí conducted a search under warrant of a house in Fairview, Dublin 3, this morning.
"During the course of this search a large amount of high-end goods including perfumes, designer bags and clothing with an estimated value of €18,200, a suspected firearm and €6,750 in cash were seized.
"A woman aged in her 50s was arrested at the scene."
