Police discovered an imitation gun and what they believe to be class A drugs after searching a property in Nottinghamshire.
Officers were called to an incident in Hollowgate Lane, High Marnham, at around 5pm yesterday (July 14) in connection to a separate incident.
When they arrived they searched the property and found the weapon and drugs.

A 35-year-old man was arrested and is now helping officers with their enquiries.
He has since been released under investigation while officers investigate the potential viability of another pistol that was also recovered from the scene.
Inspector Charlotte Allardice, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “Police did an excellent job to thoroughly search the property and find a quantity of drugs and the imitation pistol.
“Imitation firearms can look very convincing and criminals may use them to cause fear or intimidate potential victims. The fact that these items will not be able to be used for this purpose is very positive.
“We take firearms and drugs offences very seriously and will always work to take appropriate action against those who are found to have committed such offences.
“An investigation is underway to establish the viability of another pistol that was found at the scene and we will be conducting a thorough enquiry into this matter.
