An overturned lorry on the A1 is causing traffic delays
The crash was reported to have happened on the road at Foston (Allington) southbound at around 11.30am on Monday November 2.
Lane one has since been reopened while emergency traffic recovery teams and police deal with the crash.
Highways England said in a tweet: "Here is an image from scene. The LGV is facing the wrong way and mostly in the central reservation, however it is encroaching into lane 2 which is why we have had to close that lane.
"Recovery is on the way. Thank you for your patience."
