About 900,000 LEDs wrapped around and woven through Omotesando avenue's zelkova trees blanket the Tokyo area in champagne-gold light on Saturday night. The about 1-kilometer long illumination will be on display from JR Harajuku Station to Aoyamadori avenue until Dec. 26. The event was canceled last year due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.
