IKEA Ireland have issued a product recall for its range of SUNDVIK changing table/chest of drawers after a safety alert.
The company had received reports of children "falling off" the table after the foldable part of the product had come loose.
In a statement posted on Competition and Consumer Protection Commission's website, the Swedish firm said: "IKEA customers must not use the product if the safety locking provided are not in place correctly or are missing.

"IKEA will provide additional safety locking kits where they have been lost or misplaced free of charge to all customers.
"If you have any further queries about this safety alert, you can contact IKEA’s Customer Service team on 01 541 3302."
Meanwhile Tesco Ireland recently recalled two batches of cereal bars due to the possible presence of salmonella.

The supermarket chain issued a recall on two batches of the four-packs of Tesco Apricot, Almond & Yogurt Bars.
Customers have been warned to not consume the product, and have been asked to return the product as a precautionary measure.
A Tesco Ireland statement said: "We have been made aware by our supplier of the possible presence of Salmonella in 2 batch codes of Tesco Apricot, Almond and Yogurt Bars.
"As a precautionary measure, we are recalling the affected products.
"Please do not consume this product. Instead, return the affected product to a Tesco store where a full refund will be given. No receipt is required."
