There is something quite special about having a real Christmas tree for the festive season, but they can be quite pricey compared to the artificial ones that you'll end up buying.
That's why bargain hunters will be over the moon to hear that Ikea's popular Christmas tree offer is back for its tenth year running, allowing customers to nab a real fir tree for less.
The offer will be available at participating Ikea stores across Scotland from November 22, where customers will be able to purchase a real fir tree for just £29 and then receive a £20 voucher to spend in store which brings the price down to under a tenner.
Shoppers will be able to then spend the £20 discount in-stores across a wide range of different homeware.
Note that the discount cannot be applied to Ikea's online shop, or in its restaurants, Swedish food market or bistro.
You also cannot use it for home delivery, kitchen planning, installation pick, delivery services or any other service offered by Ikea.
The deal is especially good if you know that you need a little bit more finishing touches to add to your home, as well as giving you the opportunity to decorate a real Christmas tree this year.
This year, Scottish Ikea stores will be offering locally sourced Nordmann fir trees grown in Scotland and they will be available in a variety of sizes – with a maximum height of 170 cm – so customers can choose the one that best fits their home.

The Christmas tree offer will run from November 22 to December 3, 2021, in participating stores* while stocks last.
