Ikea are selling their famous hotdogs and meatballs outside Straiton during lockdown

Ikea has opened an 'Edinburgh Bistro' on the way out of its Straiton store, where customers can grab snacks and drinks, including the stores famous hotdogs and Swedish meatballs.

The Bistro will also be serving breakfast rolls to the public between 10am and 12pm.

Between 10am and 6pm, fans of Ikea cuisines can pick up hot takeaway food as well as items from the Swedish food market.

Under current level four restrictions, all non essential shops must shut down, but businesses are allowed to sell takeaway.

The Bistro also serves hot drinks (Ikea)
