Iggy Azalea has finally broken her silence on childbirth by revealing the unusual name she has chosen for her son.
The Australian rapper, who kept her pregnancy and birth a secret, has now shared some adorable details with fans.
Last month, the 30-year-old said she kept waiting for the right time to share her happy news with the world.
She then finally felt ready to tell her fans she has been raising her son with her rapper boyfriend Playboi Carti.
Despite confirmed her child's sex, Iggy has continued to keep his name a secret - until now.
After a random rumour began circulating on social media suggesting that the star had named her little boy Gilbert, she decided to take matters into her own hands.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday night, Iggy uploaded a precious audio clip of her speaking to her newborn son.
Accompanied by a grey screen with the text “Amethyst & Onyx”, the Aussie native left her fans speechless with the cryptic words.
The post reveals Onyx to be her son’s name, as Amethyst is Iggy's real-life first name.
“Baby boy, are you going to say something to me?” she asks in the clip, as her son sweetly coos in response.

Alongside the eye-opening update, the Pretty Girls hit-maker wrote: "Baby boyyyyyyy.”
After finally announcing the name of her precious baby boy, fans and friends flocked to share their love.
"This is the sweetest name reveal I have ever come across. I'm tearing up. Such a beautiful name!" gushed one admirer.
"Onyx is definitely going to be as beautiful and as badass as his mom with a name like that," another commented.

Another fan was quick to point out: "Your names go so well together omg," to which Iggy replied: "We besties forever."
"Love this so much! What a stunning name!" another wrote.
The Australian rapper first revealed the news of her new son on her Instagram Story last month.
"I have a son," she announced.

"I kept waiting for the right time to say something but it feels like more time passes the more I realise I’m always going to feel anxious to share news that giant with the world.”
And while she chose to keep her pregnancy tightly under wraps, she didn't want to keep her son a secret.
Iggy told her 13.5 million Instagram followers: "I want to keep his life private.
"But I also wanted to make it clear that he is not a secret and I love him beyond words."
