If you struggle to keep up with the bag packing at Aldi, you need to know this hack

Packed to the rafters with bargains, it's difficult not to pile your trolley high with special buys and inexpensive treats on a trip to Aldi.

But there is one down side to a shopping spree in this family favourite supermarket - keeping up with the check-out staff.

Scanning items at the speed of light, keeping up and getting everything in your bag before it falls off the end can feel like the end boss of a particularly tricky video game.

If the Aldi packing panic is a regular part of your weekly big shop, then worry no more - one shopper has shared a handy tip that'll make bagging your groceries a doddle, Liverpool ECHO reports .

On Twitter, user @Jon_Fox_ said: "@AldiUK friday big shop hack.

"So much faster than packing at the shelf afterwards. Just make sure your shopping is loaded heavy to light so nothing gets crushed."

It means that once shoppers get to the tills they can just put their items into the Ikea big blue bag and carry that out to the car, which should save stress and time packing too.

Genius, we know.

And, we are not the only one who think this hack is a game changer. On a Reddit thread, other users raved about the packing technique.

A post on the website said: "Aldi ProTip: Line you shopping cart with an IKEA blue bag.

"When you check out and the cashier throws everything in the cart- BOOM! You're bagged and ready to go."
