Frail Daily Mail readers who take the paper's front-page advice and stay inside to avoid the threat of volcanic ash could come face to face with another danger. On page three, the paper warns that 3D TV "can cause confusion, nausea and even fits" and is a risk for "pregnant women, the elderly, children and those suffering from serious medical conditions". The warning comes from a Samsung website, it says, and "appears designed to protect the manufacturer from any legal claims for compensation". The Daily Mail's lawyers will be pleased by the news later in the story that Samsung says it's just being cautious about an "exiting new experience", and that other manufacturers haven't found any health risks.
