IDLES have announced an intimate gig at a 60 capacity venue in Camden later this month.
The Brit award-nominated group will perform a free show at DM’s Boot Room on Monday March 25.
DM’s Boot Room, found inside the Dr Marten store in Camden Market, regularly hosts one-off shows from up and coming artists — the IDLES show promises to be one of the most raucous yet.
The Bristol band were nominated in the British Breakthrough category along with the likes of Ella Mai, Jorja Smith, Mabel and Tom Walker earlier this year.
They released made their breakthrough with debut album Brutalism in 2017, before finding more success with 2018’s Joy as an Act of Resistance.
IDLES previously spoke to the Standard about the power of vulnerability and discussing masculinity and gender in their music.
