A pair of identical twins have spoken about being reunited after 36 years by chance due to one of their daughters taking a DNA test to find out more about her heritage - only to be told that she had a different mum.
Molly Sinert and Emily Bushnell were born in 1985 in South Korea but adopted by two different American families.
For 35 years, the sisters had no idea about one another until Emily's daughter Izzy took a DNA test - which claimed that Molly was her mum.
After having messaging between themselves, Molly and Izzy realised that the only way that the DNA test had turned out the way it had was if Molly and Emily were identical twins.
The sisters got in touch and enjoyed an emotional reunion on their 36th birthday.

Appearing on Good Morning Britain, Izzy was asked by hosts Kate Garraway and Sean Fletcher what it was like to find out the truth.
"It was really shocking because I never thought of the possibility that my mum could have a twin sister," Izzy admitted.
What was also surprising about Molly and Emily's situation was that they had made incredibly similar decisions throughout their lives despite living apart.

This included the same haircuts, prom styles and they both even had black and white cats.
"I didn't realise that Emily was a big part of my life," Molly said.
Ahead of their big first meeting, they both admitted that they were worried that they wouldn't meet each other's expectations.
"The fact that Molly and I managed to get to know each other for a few weeks prior certainly calmed the nerves a bit," Emily explained. "But there was definitely a fear there that I would not be good enough and not meet her expectations. I think I knew deep down inside that it wasn't true and I had a feeling that she would be feeling the same way.
"But the moment we met it was an absolutely instant connection. It was strange but so comfortable."
