Identical twins reveal their secrets over game of Truth or Drink

Ever wondered what it's really like to be a twin? A new video has used a candid drinking game to expose the hidden secrets of life with an identical sibling.

The video, part of Cut’s Truth or Drink series, sees twins ask each other a series of questions to which they can give an truthful answer or take a shot of alcohol.

The questions vary from the straight forward – “How do people tell us a part?” and “Do you want twins?” – to the more complex -  “Have you ever not liked somebody I’ve dated?” and “Have you ever had a crush on someone I’m dating?”

The encounters reveal some surprising admissions, with most of the pairs eschewing the alcohol to give earnest answers to the prying questions.

Despite some embarrassing moments, with giggles erupting to questions such as whether there is "a secret they have never told the other twin" and if they would "ever have  threesome together", the video also shows some revelatory truths into life as an identical twin.

Les and Brandon said: “I think people have this misconception about twins that they’re pretty freaky… we’re just kind of normal”

The women disclosed the sexual comments they often receive from strangers: “You get a lot of weird, ‘Would you ever make it with your sister’ questions,” said Alicia and Dacia.

Zahra and Grace said: “We’re twins, and we’re half Japanese…  people like to exoticize us a little bit sometimes, especially men, which can get very annoying.”

Stereotypes of twins thinking alike and finishing each others' sentences are also seen in the video.

Selena and Rachel shout "nothing" in unison when asked what they would get at McDonald's, while Brooke and Lisa both instantaneously say "Hawaii" when asked what their favourite holiday destination is.

Other notable moments include the twins acting out how they were positioned in the womb together and deciding who the "smart" one of the duo is.

Since being posted on Wednesday the video has received over 90,000 views.

The clip is the latest in a series of films by Cut which invite pairs to take part in the Truth or Drink game. Previous films have featured best friends, ex-partners and parents with their children.
