'Iconic' - Gunners fans love what Arsenal have done on social media to celebrate the Invincibles

Arsenal fans have been given a way to kill some of the extra time that they have on their hands amid the UK lockdown due to the Corona outbreak around the world.

It means that people are mainly restricted to their homes and there is no live football to keep them entertained with both the Premier League and EFL not returning until at least April 30, although that date is likely to be extended further.

In order to cure the boredom that some Gunners fans may be feeling, Arsenal are showing a documentary both on their website and app to celebrate the 2003/04 season when Arsenal became the only team in the history of the Premier League to go unbeaten all season.

Although that record did look to be under threat for a time this season, but Liverpool's 3-0 loss against Watford last month put an end to them worries.

Ahead of the streaming of the documentary, Arsenal fans noticed that the club had changed their name of social media with the 'L' missing from the end of 'Arsenal'.

When suggested that it was because the team 'didn't have an 'L' that season, the club seemed to agree, much to amusement of Gunners' fans who took to social media to show their appreciation.

Arsenal could next be back in action on May 2 when they welcome Liverpool to the Emirates Stadium, although that fixture could yet fall victim to further postponements.

The Gunners currently sit in ninth place in the table, five points adrift of fifth Placed Manchester United.

Mikel Arteta's men do though have a game in hand over most of their opponents, with the team still having 10 fixtures to complete.
