Mains (all served with chips or boiled potatoes, peas and gravy if you want it) include Scotch pie, sausage hot pot, roast beef, smoked ham, roast turkey, macaroni cheese, breaded fish, mince and tatties or Ashet pie.
The business trades seven days a week and generates around £50,000 a year just from their lunch deal alone while the pub turns over around £350,000 annually.

The present owners have been running the pub for 28 years but they are now looking to move on and retire.
Estate agents Bruce and Co are handling the sale although the new pub landlord or landlady won't actually own the building.
Instead they will pay £69,950 for the leasehold, fixtures and fittings and will also have to stump up an annual rent.
