Iceland to start selling a Lotus Biscoff ice cream cake

As the early signs of spring appear, Iceland is exclusively launching a special dessert.

Priced at £3, the Lotus Biscoff ice cream cake is perfect for enjoying on warmer days when you fancy a sweet treat.

The delectable cake is made with Lotus Biscoff ice cream swirls, a caramelised spread, crispy chocolate layers and topped with crunchy biscuit chunks.

The exclusive hybrid Biscoff treat serves six, if you can manage to share.

It will be available in stores and online from Wednesday, March 24.

Iceland is predicting that it will fly off the shelves in no time.

In the run-up to Easter, the supermarket has also launched a two-for-£6 offer on chocolate shells.

The deal includes Easter eggs from KitKat, Toffee Crisp, Lion bar, Rolo, Mars, Yorkie, Munchies and Maltesers.

What's more, shoppers can also pick up packs of seasonal mini treats for £1.

Choose from Mini Eggs, the classic Creme Eggs, mini Milkybar eggs and Galaxy Enchanted Eggs.
