Iceland store in Glasgow to open its doors only for the elderly amid coronavirus outbreak

An Iceland store in Glasgow has announced it will open its doors only to the elderly once a week amid the coronavirus outbreak.

The move was announced this afternoon and will see the store on Byres Road near Hillhead subway station in the west end open to elderly folk from 9am to 11am every Wednesday.

It comes after First Minister Nicola Sturgeon reiterated Boris Johnson's advice to avoid pubs, clubs, cinemas and restaurants.
